Join our welcoming community of expecting and new moms with a class that is tailored to meet the needs of your changing body. Appropriate for all levels of students. This class offers methods to support pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery through movement, relaxation, and breath practices that promote finding balance in your body. Cultivate strength, enhance awareness, and optimize functioning of your deepest core and pelvic floor muscles for whatever perinatal stage you are in.

Private training sessions are perfect for clients that want to improve their health and wellbeing but don’t require physical therapy.

These sessions will focus on your needs and integrate strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, and much more.

Restorative

Deep relaxation to nourish your nervous system and find balance. Use props and breath-work to maintain poses for extended rest.

Prenatal & Postpartum

Safe practices with modifications in poses and sequencing to support anatomical and physiological changes while finding relief from your aches and pains. This therapeutic yoga class is designed to support your body through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum.

Pelvic Health

This class is designed to cultivate strength, enhance awareness, and optimize functioning of your core and pelvic floor muscles. Learn how to apply breath and coordinated movement patterns to tune into your deepest stabilizing muscles. Education and mindful movement are layered into this holistic yoga class to promote confidence and healthy habits both on and off the mat.

Bone Health

Focus on safe poses for longevity and stability. Great for anyone and especially those with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or other bone health concerns.

Back Health

Build strength and balance from deep within your postural muscles while finding relief from pain as you realign.

Anxiety focused

Mindful movement and breath work designed for clients suffering from chronic pain or anxiety.
