Whole-person care for every chapter — pelvic health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and all the seasons in between

Your Body Isn't Broken — It Just Needs the Right Support

Pelvic floor symptoms touch every part of who we are, weaving through emotions, relationships, and self-image—not just the physical body. Common as they are, symptoms don't have to be your normal. As a pelvic floor physical therapist, yoga teacher, and mom of two, I offer a holistic blend of evidence-based clinical practice, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to address your symptoms at the root. Together, we'll build an individualized treatment plan so you can fully re-embody yourself and engage in the activities you love.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Each session is 60-90 minutes of individualized, uninterrupted care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, blending manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, breath work, and mindfulness into an inclusive, whole-person approach.

Some examples of diagnoses I treat:

  • Bladder symptoms (urinary incontinence, frequency, urgency, interstitial cystitis)

  • Bowel symptoms (fecal or gas incontinence, urgency, constipation)

  • Pelvic pain (pain with intercourse, vulvodynia, vaginismus, endometriosis)

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

  • Diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation)

  • Orthopedic pain, weakness, dysfunction

  • Birth prep and postpartum recovery

  • Perimenopause and Menopause related symptoms

Testimonials

  • "Annie works wonders! Only wish I had found her sooner. Her holistic methods, addressing the entire body, go beyond expectations. She doesn’t only target the pelvic floor, she knows that everything's connected. Professional, compassionate, and effective—I can't recommend her highly enough."

  • “I was amazed that she was able to help with stress incontinence issues that I had been having for the last 16 years (since my son was born). "

    - Keigha

  • "Annie has an efficient way of explaining & teaching visually using a model pelvis. I left with a lot more of an awareness of how my own body works & how I can best support my normal functions in many areas of life."

    - Sarah

  • "I was blown away at the simple but not at all intuitive, exercises that can be done to help my condition. I had no idea that my foot issues could be connected to my pelvic floor health as well. Now I have the information and skills that I need to be able to make a huge difference in my quality of life. I highly recommend booking a session with White Pine."
