Whole-person care for every chapter — pelvic health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and all the seasons in between
Your Body Isn't Broken — It Just Needs the Right Support
Symptoms related to bowel, bladder, pelvic pain, pregnancy/postpartum, and (peri)menopause have a way of touching every part of who we are — weaving through all seasons of life and making it hard to fully embrace the moments that matter most. These kinds of symptoms don't just live in the physical body; they find their way into our emotions, our relationships, and the way we see ourselves.
Having symptoms is common, and it doesn't have to be your normal.
As a pelvic floor physical therapist, yoga teacher and mom of two, I offer a holistic union of evidence-based clinical practice, trauma-informed care, intuitive listening and mindfulness to address your symptoms and underlying musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Our work together will empower you through education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapies, and your own individualized treatment plan to completely re-embody yourself so you can engage in your favorite activities more fully.
White Pine Pelvic Health is different.
Truly Integrative Care
I'm both a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. This unique combination allows me to blend manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, breath work, and mindfulness into a cohesive approach that honors your whole self.
Personalized Sessions
Your sessions are 60-90 minutes of uninterrupted, 1:1 care—not rushed 30-45 minute appointments. This time allows us to address your concerns thoroughly, build trust, and create a treatment plan based on YOUR goals, not insurance company quotas.
Specialized Expertise
With extensive postdoctoral training in pelvic floor physical therapy and experience founding an interprofessional postpartum clinic, I bring specialized knowledge to conditions related to bowel and bladder health, pain, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause.
Local & Accessible
I live here on Bainbridge Island with my family—exploring from island to coast, teaching yoga, and raising two young daughters in the Bainbridge School District. I'm not just working in this community; I'm part of it..
Inclusive, Whole-Person Approach
This practice was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every body deserves kind, attentive, and unbiased care. You will never be made to feel unwelcome or unworthy here — no matter your size, background, gender, or ability. Concerns are listened to, symptoms are taken seriously, and you are always treated as a whole person rather than a number on a scale. Compassion is not an afterthought here; it is the foundation of everything we do.
